Parori, Sparta

Parori is a beautiful village near the city of Sparta (Sparta is known for Leonidas and the historical fight with his 300 men). Parori is a small village and is located on the mountain Taigetos. It is a place full of green. It has great natural beauty and there are many natural springs, so water is the main characteristic.



Οn the way to the mountain the nature is also wonderfull. A little higher there are small caves. In a cave it has been built a little church.





From a little hole in the next picture the city of Sparta appears.

We were in Parori in 2019 and visited with my Uncle Kiriakos. Both sides of my family come from Parori. A wonderful, peaceful village.
